Storage:
Can be stored free of frost and dry in original packaging unopened for at least 6 months. Stir vigorously before use. Opened canisters should be closed properly after use. Solvent free synthetically modified special bonding material on a bitumen basis
Characteristics:
Special bonding material that can be worked with when cold for the repair of hairline cracks, networks of cracks and single cracks up to 7 mm thick. The cracks and layers treated are sealed waterproof, Hexosan penetrates deeply into the crack – all the way to the base of the crack.

Application:
RR Hexosan can be applied in layers or be poured directly into the existing single crack. The treated cracks are sealed and thereby made waterproof and material is preserved.
Processing:
The substrate should be free of frost, dry and clean (free of oil and grease). Loose material should be removed. RR Hexosan should preferably be applied sparingly and spread out by means of a rubber squeegee and drawn off over the existing ground layer. Then the layers treated with RR Hexosan are to be sprinkled with fine gravel. Single cracks can directly be filled with RR Hexosan. The resumption of traffic movement over the area can take place immediately after the bonding is completed (The time for bonding is between 10 and 15 minutes – dependent on the air temperature). RR Hexosan may only be employed during dry weather and a surface temperature in the work area of more than +8°C.
